Terms of participation "10 years 10 bottles"
1. Scope of application and organiser
"10 years of Krones.shop - win 1 of 10 anniversary bottles" is a competition organised by Krones AG, Böhmerwaldstraße 5, 93073 Neutraubling / Germany (hereinafter: Krones). Participation is free of charge. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. Krones reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition in whole or in part without giving reasons if difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition or Krones.
2. Eligibility to participate
Any person over the age of 16 who has registered as a customer or on behalf of a customer of Krones (e.g. as an employee of the customer) in the Krones online shop (hereinafter: Krones.shop) under the conditions applicable there (https://shop.krones.com/shop/registration) and has a customer account may take part. Employees of Krones and other persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition are excluded from participation.
3. Prize, procedure and determination of winners
You can win 1 of 10 Krones-branded bottles per sales region (total of 70). The aim of the participants is to find a digital drinking bottle "hidden" in the Krones.shop (https://shop.krones.com/shop/) and its subpages. After a successful search, the participants click on the bottle and are taken to a form in which they enter the following information, which is required for the prize draw: Name of the customer, customer ID, e-mail address and first and last name of the user of the customer account. By submitting the form, the respective participant will be included in the potential pool of winners. The winners will be drawn by lot.
4. Notification of winners and dispatch of prizes
After the prize has been determined, all participants will receive an e-mail with a link where they can find out whether they have been drawn as a winner or not. The prizes will then be sent by post to the winners at the address stored in the customer's account. The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of notification of the win.
5. Participation deadline
The competition begins on 28.08.2024 and ends on 30.09.2024.
6. Data protection
The personal data provided by the participants as part of the competition will be collected, stored and used by Krones exclusively for the purpose of organising and running the competition and will be passed on to third parties, for example for the purpose of delivering the prize. Any further use, in particular for advertising purposes, will not take place. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. The controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR is Krones. Participants have a right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). 7. Disclaimer
Claims for damages by the participant are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the participant arising from injury to life, limb or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Krones, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, Krones shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical of the contract if this was caused by simple negligence, unless the participant's claims for damages are based on injury to life, limb or health. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
8. Final provisions
The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Neutraubling / Germany. Should any of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded.
