As a contract customer, the Krones.shop provides you an overview of all your open and closed tickets. So you can follow the processing of your tickets online.
In addition, you are always up-to-date regarding your contract details as well as your used hours at any time. We will remind you as soon as you have reached a minimum of your hourly quota.
